Our Core Workshop: From Fear to Connection
We currently offer an intensive 4-hour workshop designed for small groups of up to 10 people. During this session, we will:
Deconstruct Core Beliefs: Identify the root of your social anxiety and replace negative thought patterns with positive, empowering ones.
Master Anxiety Control: Learn to regulate your nervous system in real-time.
Embody Confidence: Improve your body language and presence when communicating.
A Holistic Approach: We integrate mindfulness, hypnosis, and exposure therapy to ensure you feel supported, less alone, and fully confident in your ability to connect with the world.
